Guangdong double water power plant boiler "Four Tubes" wear-resisting application effect on-site meeting

On October 14, 2017, an on-site exchange meeting was held in Guangdong Xinhui Shuangshui Power Plant with Beijing Huadian De Hi-tech Co., Ltd. to observe the application effect of high temperature and wear-resistant technology of boiler "four tubes".
The 480t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of Guangdong Xinhui Shuangshui Power Plant is responsible for the steam supply of Guangdong Yinzhou Lake Paper Industry Base, and generates electricity to the power grid. It runs at full load basically. Boiler is troubled by serious wear and tear, and almost all the domestic anti-wear technologies (spraying, surfacing, anti-wear beam, etc.) are used. Huadian De high-power laser cladding technology has been used in severe wear and tear parts of the power plant since early 2013, and the results are very prominent. Qualitative improvement was achieved.

Laser cladding pipe is intact, basically unchanged, the wear resistance has been proved by the force, and finally solved the difficult problem of many years of severe wear without effective technical solution.
The application effect of laser cladding high temperature wear-resistant products of Beijing Huadian De Hi-tech Co., Ltd. in Shuangshui Power Plant and other boiler users with serious wear has been highly recognized by the experts at the meeting. It is agreed that laser cladding high temperature wear-resistant technology is the best measure to effectively solve the wear of boiler and other heat exchange equipment. In some areas, laser cladding is used instead of pouring material.
