专辑描述: 沈阳故宫始建于公元１６２５年，是清朝入关前太祖努尔哈赤、太宗皇太极创建的皇宫，又称盛京皇宫，清朝入主中原后改为陪都宫殿和皇帝东巡行宫。沈阳故宫占地６万平方米，现有古建筑１１４座。 整座皇宫楼阁林立，殿宇巍峨，雕梁画栋，富丽堂皇。
２００４年７月１日，第２８届世界遗产委员会批准沈阳故宫作为明清皇宫文化遗产扩展项目，列入《世界遗产名录》。
Built in 1625 and covering an area of 67,000 square meters, the Shenyang Imperial Palace was the palace used by the Nürhachi (1559-1626), founder of Later Jin and predecessor of the Qing Dynasty and Huang Taiji (1592-1643). In 1644, the Qing ruler Shunzhi built the Qing capital in Beijing and Shenyang was named the “accompanying capital.” The whole palace is Splendid for its numerous buildings and towers, great halls and deliberate carved sculptures. In July 1st, 2004, the imperial palace was included into the List of World Heritage.

专辑描述: 袁文是江西乐平一个有名的银匠，只有30岁。他的祖父是乐平知名的老银匠,袁文从小就受祖父影响,深爱银器制作。现今在景德镇象他这样能用传统工序打造银器和饰品的人却不多了。在古代的乐平，银器的品种主要为很重要的生活用品：如儿童妇女饰品及酒杯、勺、筷、碗、盘、碗盖等,银匠也是门很受人尊敬且收入不错的行业。今天，工业化的生产极大地丰富了人们的生活，但是也带来了昔日盛极一时的传统手工业的衰落。银器制作非常繁琐而又辛苦，银匠们往往要耐下性子来，非常投入地进行长时间的工作。正因如此，现在年轻人已经很少愿意学习这些手艺了。一件银器的完成必须要经过五道工序，先是打薄银片，再刺图案，继而加工成型，连粘捍接，最后抛光打磨。 银器打磨好了，就会发出光泽，熠熠生辉了。

In 2001 the State Council declared the Kaiping Diaolou a Protected Cultural Relic in view of their special significance in China’s vernacular architecture.

In March 1974，three pits of the terra-cotta warriors and horses were excavated in Xian.No.1 Pit was discovered under a well 1.5km east of the mausoleum，then the No.2 and No.3 pit and first opened to the public on the National’s Day in 1979，known as the Emperor Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum and the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum.
Soon this discovery-the most important archaeological excavation of modern times, gave the world a big surprise and was titled the eighth miracle.
Life size terracotta figures of warriors and horses arranged in battle formations are the star features at the museum. They are replicas of what the imperial guard should look like in those days of pomp and vigor.

专辑描述: 妈祖原名林默（公元960－987年），因生前出海救助过不少渔民和商船，死后遂被尊为海上女神。自宋朝开始，历代朝廷还敕封她“天妃”、“天后”、“天上圣母”等尊号，有记载的达到36次，并列入国家祀典。 据说，全世界华侨聚居地有妈祖庙不下千座，其中台湾就有五百八十多座。每逢农历三月二十三妈祖生日和九月初九妈祖忌日，庙宇内外，人山人海，香火鼎盛。

Mazu，Chinese Goddess of the sea ，originated with the deification of a young woman named Lin Mo Niang (960 A.D.-987AD) who had performed numerous miracles during her short life. Many of the miracles she performed involved quelling storms at sea, so it is hardly surprising that she is known as the protector of all seafaring people。From the Song Dynasty, she was given numerous titles including
“Empress of Heaven” and "Holy Mother of Heaven"。
In 987 the Temple of Goddess Mazu was built in her memory which sits on Meizhou Island in Putian. After a millennium, there are already over 1,500 active temples。
Mazu festival holds on March23rd and September9th to celebrate her birthday and death anniversary。

苇海刀客
专辑描述: 盘锦是中国的辽东海湾北岸一座中型工业城市。在这里有一片面积达103万亩的苇海，到了冬季，芦苇成熟了，沼泽封冻了，来自东北、内蒙地区的割苇农民聚集到这里。当地流传着这样一个民谣：天冷了，候鸟飞走了；苇子黄了，异乡的刀客来了。 “刀客”也被称为“刀工”，直意就是用刀干活的人，用镰刀割苇的传统延续了几十年。
割下的芦苇主要用于造纸，造纸厂给苇场的收购价格是一吨六百元人民币，而“刀客”的工钱只是一吨三十至四十元人民币。
近三个月的割苇期很快会结束了，“刀客”赚着现钱返回家乡。有苇海就有“刀客”在，但随着机械化程度的提高，“刀客”的人数越来越少。

皮影戏
专辑描述: 皮影俗称灯影戏，是中国最古老的戏剧形式之一，源于2000余年前的中国古代长安，盛行于唐、宋。至今仍在中国民间普遍流行，堪称中国民间艺术一绝。皮影戏是让观众通过白色布幕，观看一种平面偶人表演的灯影来达到艺术效果的戏剧形式；而皮影戏中的平面偶人以及场面道具景物，通常是民间艺人用手工，刀雕彩绘而成的皮制品，故称之为皮影。
皮影的制作，最初是用厚纸雕刻，后来采用驴皮或牛羊皮经过刮、磨、洗、刻、着色等二十四道工序手工雕刻3000余刀而成。皮影的艺术创意汲取了中国汉代帛画、画像石、画像砖和唐、宋寺院壁画之手法与风格。皮影是民间皮影戏所用的皮制人物形象。风格类似民间剪纸，但手、腿等关节分别雕刻后再用线连缀在一起，表现能活动自如。
皮影戏是我国出现最早的戏曲剧种之一。它的演出装备轻便，唱腔丰富优美，表演精彩动人。千百年耒，深受广大民众的喜爱，所以流传甚广。不仅如此，皮影戏还对国内外文化艺术的发展起过一定的作用。有不少新的地方戏曲剧种，就是从各路皮影戏唱腔中派生出来的。
皮影多见于北方农村以及四川、湖北、湖南等地，在长期流变中皮影戏形成不同的地方流派，如北京皮影、唐山皮影、山东皮影、山西皮影、青海皮影、陈龙皮影、宁夏皮影、陕西皮影等，重点流行的陕西还分西路、东路两大派别，风格各具特色。

专辑描述: 87岁退休教师刘华正 义务为村民送信近9载。 在江西省乐平市后港镇山塘村委会王家村，有一位普通而不平凡的退休老教师刘华正，他今年87岁，在1999年3月至今的9年时间内他风雨无阻，坚持为该村委会的五个自然村群众义务送信递报，得到当地人民群众的尊敬。期间，他累计为村民送信、汇款单8000多封（件），报纸近10万份。 山塘村委会有5个自然村，分散在2平方公里的山中，交通不便，过去报刊邮件都是送到村委会，然后转送到各自然村。近年来，该村外出打工的人员增多，邮件也逐年增加，为了保证各自然村的报刊邮件及时投递，村支部打算以260元的月薪聘人投递，但一直无人接下来这份苦差事。 1999年3月，刘华正从村委会听到这个消息，便主动提出为村民义务投递邮件，他的行动得到了村委会的鼓励与支持。从此，刘华正每天上午8点，接过邮递员送来的报刊邮件后，用自制的本子仔细登记好，这样的邮件登记本老人写了厚厚的几本。邮件分类处置后，他便骑上永久28载重自行车，携上一个自制的邮包，挨家挨户将邮件送到村民手中。乡间的小路崎岖难行，时常会有石块将老人绊倒，但不能阻挡老人的脚步。新田村村民小组方宏生和老伴都是年过60的老人，家中4个儿子，均在外地。老两口儿承包了近5亩水田和几亩山地，老人们经常在村口守候来自远方的信件，当一封封家书送来时，刘华正念给他们听，并且为其代笔写信，老人成了刘家连接远方亲人的纽带。王家村一位60多岁的石姓老人，儿女也都在外打工，老人又不识字，每次收到包裹和汇款单时，刘华正便带上老人的身份证，骑车十几里到市邮政局把石大妈的包裹和汇款领来，令老人感动不已。在送信送报的同时，老人把村委会几年间的报刊整理得整整齐齐，这样的好事，刘华正不知做了多少，当人们言谢时，老人均报以快乐的一笑。是什么力量让老人几年如一日地为村民送信，刘华正老人的回答质朴无华：“我在帮助别人的时候，我感到十分的快乐，心情愉快，所以我会继续做下去。”老人身体硬朗、精神矍铄，衣着朴素整洁，伴随他的是一辆修修补补的永久28载重自行车。每月260元的退休金，老人靠这点退休金维持生活，但村民手头紧张，向老人借钱时，老人都会热心相助。老人一日三餐以素食为主，从不吸烟、喝酒，每天坚持听广播，读书看报，关心国家大事，并且坚持做读书笔记，在老人的房内放了好几本老人的笔记。

百年排粉手工制
专辑描述: 初冬的一天，暖暖的阳光照在身上，我们走进乐平市礼林镇洄田港背村，这是一个只有50来户人家的小村，村子依山傍水，在村口的小河边，依次摆满了长龙般的竹排，上面放着洁白的“排粉”晾晒，场面很是壮观，犹如古战场上一排排攻城的战梯，这就是享誉赣东北上百年，口味独特,不怕煮的“洄田排粉”。 在村里，我们找到了制作排粉多年的彭训山老师傅，他向我们介绍：制作洄田排粉是个复杂的过程，先选用本地产的优质大米，放在陶缸内浸上46个小时，用村上的泉水洗上3道。然后磨成粉，用棉布包好榨干，做成圆形的大果仂，放进水里煮，待煮到半生半熟时，捞出做成七斤一个的柱形大果将其放进榨粉机压榨，就可见一丝丝雪白的排粉从机口处流出，滑入大锅，待煮上几分钟，便可捞出放入门口的大缸内，由妇女们用温水洗上三遍捞出放在竹排上；最后把竹排抬到村头晾晒几个小时后，便可成品。做排粉是件非常辛苦的事，每天凌晨1点，他们就要起床开始干活，一直做到中午11点才完成，一天要做100多斤米。不知不觉,我们已看完整个制作过程,起身离开村子,来到村口，看见一群小孩正在排粉前嬉戏----洄田排粉的将来就要靠他们了......
